Notably, this impressive portrait-orientation variant of Aye to the Sky is designed and assembled differently than the majority of our work as Wavecrest Woodcraft, with only two layers – one a base, the other functionally a frame – filled in with individually-dyed “islands” of ply, the better to capture the otherworldly qualities of both the highlands and islands and the Aurora Borealis.

Mountains, Mirrored is portrait in its orientation, and available only in large size. It measures 430mm high by 275mm wide and has a depth of just 6mm across its sustainably sourced pair of layers.
